HISTORY
Since our beginnings in 1932, we have worked in bar turning and machining of parts. Our company was founded by the married couple Cándido and Emeteria Gastelurrutia. The work carried out in the initial decades has required progressive specialisation. This has made it possible to react to the evolution experienced by the sector up to now.
Our growth and development has gone hand in hand with investment in technology to specialise production. We are a family business, managed by the fourth generation of descendants of the founders, which has remained in the same industry sector since it began, but has increased the complexity of its work.
We have done so by positioning ourselves as a technologically-advanced company able to handle increasingly diverse and complex projects, thanks to significant investment in manufacturing equipment and quality control machinery.

COMMITMENT TO SPORT
In our work at VCG, we never lose sight of our local surroundings, where our roots lie.
This commitment, coupled with our interest in promoting love for sport, led us to sponsor the Durango Region Cycling School – Durangaldeko Bizikleta Eskola.
This school was created in 2014 to teach children and young people aged 6 to 18 to cycle. It works across the entire Durango region, covering six categories in all areas of cycling: from children starting out to participation in cycling trials scheduled in the Basque Country and Navarra, in an effort to form its own reserve team.
